At ROW LANE, we are committed to delivering pieces crafted with intention, quality, and attention to detail. If something isn´t quite right, we´re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

• unworn
• unwashed
• undamaged
• returned with original tags and packing

Once your return is approved, you´ll receive instructions for the return process.

Please note:

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• ROW LANE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the origunal payment method within 5-10 business days.
